2. Website visitors
When you visit our website, we do not use any marketing, analytics, or tracking cookies. We do not embed Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar third-party tracking services. We process no personal data from anonymous visitors.
3. Reseller accounts
If you register for a reseller account, we store your username and password (not encrypted in the current MVP — use a strong unique password). When you log in, we set an essential session cookie (`session_token`) that keeps you authenticated. This cookie is strictly necessary for the reseller portal to function and contains no personal data other than a random token ID.
4. The Sasquatch IPTV app
The app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. No watch history, no playlist URLs, and no device identifiers are sent to any server. The DNS speed-test feature processes only publicly accessible server response times, entirely locally on your device, and does not transmit any results externally.

By downloading, installing, or purchasing a license for Sasquatch IPTV, you agree to the following terms:
1. Permitted Use
The software may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the software to access, stream, or distribute copyright-infringing, pirated, or unauthorized content.
2. License Terms
Purchased licenses are non-refundable once activated. A "Lifetime" license grants access to the software and all future minor/major updates for the lifetime of the Sasquatch IPTV product. The developer reserves the right to sunset the product with 12 months' notice.
3. No Content Warranty
The developer provides no warranty regarding the availability, quality, or legality of third-party IPTV content accessed via this software.
4. Reseller Agreement
Resellers may not misrepresent the software as an IPTV subscription service. Resellers are solely responsible for their own compliance with local laws regarding IPTV services in their jurisdiction.
